      Well after doing a bit of fact checking (as there are alot of different ideas out there)…

      It would appear that the average human body contains about 55-60% water (differs depending on whether you’re male of female due to body fat %)

      If by salt we’re talking about Sodium… well by % of total body mass… then between 0.15 – 0.20%
