Lots of organs make hormones, and there are some specialised glands too:

      Heart
      brain
pituitary – lots and lots of hormones including growth hormone
      adrenal glands – adrenaline
kidney – urotensin II, renin, erythripoetin
liver -angiotensin II (or what becomes angiotensin II after bits are chopped off!)
      ovaries/testes – sex hormones

To be honest I can hardly think of one organ system that doesn’t secrete some sort of hormones… so you can add the pancreas, gastro-intestinal tract, lungs, etc… to the list…

But also remember other tissues that aren’t strictly organs can release hormones… a good example being fat cells!
